CWM Limited was incorporated in Lagos in June 1990 (RC No. 150957), to provide access to local and international databases and voice/data communications networks, to engage in consultancy in the area of Information & Communications Technology and its application in the Nigerian environment.

CWM provides software and client-end hardware for strong two factor user authentication for e-banking applications, and digital signatures for transaction authentication.

CWM was Nigeria’s first indigenous electronic information provider based on the Reuters 1000 Service providing live global news and price information for foreign exchange, commodities and oil and gas. Over the years, CWM has built several strategic worldwide alliances in its pursuit of delivering truly beneficial quality-based services to top Nigerian corporate organizations.
